Within Petrofill Brix-Control™, radar technology from Keyence is used for accurate, contactless and maintenance-free level measurement. The radar sensor measures independently of temperature, vapour, foam or contamination, providing continuously stable and reliable readings. The system only refills when it is actually required, keeping levels constant and preventing unwanted fluctuations. This contributes to consistent coolant quality, a stable process and predictable machining results, without disrupting production.
